About
Message from Gary Goodwin, Founder
My career spans more than 25 years across 4 continents, successfully working in senior management roles in both leading advertising and FMCG companies, managing complex business and brand challenges - at a local and regional level.
During this time, using my strength for people growth and development, I coached and mentored individuals and teams to help build successful brands and businesses.
So, it was a natural step for me to later launch my own executive search and coaching practice - in line with a life long philosophy that has never changed; "Do something you love".
As an ontological coach trained by Newfield, a certified practitioner in various psychometric tools (MBTI ®, Firo-B ®, Hogan), my focus is to help people find new perspectives and open up to new possibilities in their professional lives. I thrive on being able to underpin my real world business experience with practical advice to better aid those I am coaching or mentoring in organisations.
